Pastor April talks about how we need to be firmly grounded in who Christ is and instead of running from our problems, we need to stay anchored where God has called us to be!

God never called us to easy, and if we provide the hustle God will provide the harvest. There will be obstacles and God is taking us through a process to help reach the world with the gospel.

“I’ll start tomorrow” is a common phrase considering that we’re only promised today.
The enemy wants us to focus on our yesterday or our tomorrow because it makes us miss the power of our today.  When we go somewhere or do something out of habit, it’s easy to lose a heart of expectancy.  But when we start without expecting, we end without receiving.

When God calls us to do something, the enemy usually tells us that what we have isn’t enough. But God doesn’t call us to be “enough”, He calls us to be obedient. Five barley loaves and two fish wasn’t “enough” to feed 5,000 men, but it wasn’t until the little boy brought what he had that Jesus was able to do what only He could. When we bring what we have, God can do radical things.

When we can’t see the result of perseverance, quitting is often the easiest choice. But if we could see the end-result, then it wouldn’t be called faith, it’d be called sight. If you want to have more faith, quitting won’t get you there; the best way to gain more faith is the willingness to walk through more fire.

There is a difference between good criticism and bad criticism. Jesus dealt with critics all the time in the bible and he always celebrated life change in people. Critics don't want you to win, they only want to be negative.
