Lucas and Jeff Deployed together in 2016/17 as Task Force Trident in support of Special Operations Command Korea (SOCKOR) during a time when missiles were being launched over Japan and tensions were high. They have been close friends ever since!

Lucas sits and speaks about his upbringing, his path to becoming a SEAL, his deployments both as a Frog Man and later as a contractor. He digs into specific memories of BUDs and an unexpected battle in Kunduz Afghanistan that left over 600 enemy combatants dead over 5 days of fighting. Lucas speaks from the heart as he explains the hidden scars of war and how they impacted his life. He speaks about his use of psychedelic therapy to find mental clarity and ultimately become a better father and friend.
