Rob Dial started in sales at 19. By the age of 24 he was running his own multi-million dollar franchise with that company, and in those few years, he trained over 2000 sales reps. During this time, he worked hardest at helping his employees break free from their own limiting beliefs so that they could get out of their own way in order to be successful, and turned this into an actual teaching program.
