  • Episode 3: The Free Gift that COSTS you EVERYTHING!

Many people have probably heard about the "free gift" of God.  But what they aren't being taught is the cost.  From the standpoint of making a way possible to receive the Holy Spirit or "free gift" of God; yes that is something God did by sending His son Jesus to make payment for our sins.  But to then become eligible to receive this free gift already paid for, you must be willing to lose your life and now live for God.  In this episode we will look at what God has to say regarding the cost to receive the gift that was made possible by the death of Christ.

    Passages Covered:  John ch3;  Romans ch6;  Ephesians 2:8-9;  1 John 1:3-7,  2:3-4,  15-17;  Mathew 10:34-42,  16:20-27;  Luke 9:23-25, 57-62;  14:25-33;  12:48-53;  10:25-28;  18:18-30;  James ch1,  ch3:2, 13-16;  4:1-10;  1 Peter 2:21-24,  4:1-2, 19.

  • Episode 2: God repeatedly points to King David as an Example

Description:  In this episode we will look at what God says in his word about King David.  Repeatedly he is referred to as an example with respect how we are to walk and keep the commandments of God.  We also will discuss the difference between a sinner and a righteous man.  A sinner continues to commit sin because God hasn't cleansed him from all sin, whereas a righteous man no longer struggles and continues to commit sin each day.  Most self professing "christians" would say they are not like the world, but they still sin every day and are no different than the rest of the sinners.  They like to think they are different because they look at the "magnitude" or difference of the sin.  But God will accuse you of being a murderer or adulterer if you even have the thought of "anger of man" or lust in your heart.

    Passages covered:  1 Samuel 16:6-7, 13-14;  Romans 3:10-20; Psalm ch 14, ch 15;  Mathew ch5;  James 1:17-19;  1 Kings 3:6, 13-14;  8:22-26, 31-39, 46-51, 55-63,  9:3-7,  11:4-6, 9-45;  14:7-8;  15:2-5, 11;  2 Chronicles 7:12-20

  • Episode 1: The REAL EASTER MESSAGE about WHY Jesus Died

In this episode we will look at what God say is the reason why Jesus dies.  Too many people today are only hearing part of the truth.  They will hear God loves you, Jesus died for your sins because we are sinners, etc...  Although those statements are true, they are not the full message of truth.  Yes God loves the entire world and desires that none perish, but guess what, many perish.  What happened to God's love?  Yes Jesus died for the sins of the whole world, but many will still be cast into hell.  Yes even those who believe and confess Jesus as Lord will be cast into hell.  How can this be?  Because if you know the whole truth and real reason why Jesus dies it, then you would know that it is to free you from sin!  To be made into a new creation, to overcome and now walk in holiness by the power of God.  We will look at several different passages in the bible as we review God's true message and not the half truth or lie the devil has infiltrated most of the churches in the world today.

    Passages covered:  1 John ch 1, 2:1-7, 3:1-9;  1 Peter 1:1-2, 13-15,  ch2, 3:8-14, ch4, 5:12;  2 Corinthians 5:10-7:10,  1:1-4, 13-15,  12:20-13:7;  1 Corinthians 15:33-34,  5:6-13,  6:7-12;  Mark 7:6-23;  James 1:2-7, 12, 16-27,  3:1-4:10;  Romans 13:8-14;  2 Timothy 2:19-26;  Isaiah ch 58, 59:1-2;  John 8:30-44;  Romans ch6,  7:1-6

  • Episode 68: What Was on Jesus' Mind When on The Cross?

You may wonder, what was Jesus thinking about when on the cross?  We know that he instructed his disciple to care for his mother.  But we also know that he cried out to God.  Some folks don't understand that shout of "My God, my God why hast thou forsaken me?"  Well, he was thinking about the Psalm of David, Psalm 22.  David was chased by Saul; he was a righteous man, persecuted by a King who sought to please the world, not to please God.  David, inspired by the Holy Spirit penned these words.  Jesus knew what David wrote, because they had the unity of the Holy Spirit.  In this episode, we read the Psalm that was on Messiah Jesus' mind as he died for the sins of the world.  Psalm 22.

  • Episode 67: When is a Lie Not Unrighteous? (Part 3 of 3)

In this final part 3 episode we will recap 2 examples where God honored the deception to fulfill His will examining passages about Moses, Jehu, and the three wise men.  We will then look at an example of King Saul where God rejected him and accused him of idolatry.  Finally we will look at a few examples where many will teach are proof texts of wickedness by Abraham and King David, but that is NOT what the bible teaches.  It is important we understand what God would say and NOT what man's wisdom would speculatively assume.

  • Episode 66: Church in Action (CIA #4) - God Communicates through Dreams & Visions
In this episode, we will review a recent example of God communicating through a dream.  Another purpose of sharing this, is because God has a message for a specific individual.  In this episode, we will review a dream in which God specifically identified a certain individual.  Many times, God will provide partial information and provide the remaining or "rest" of the story as we walk in faith.  We believe there is someone who is or will soon listen to this podcast and identify themselves or someone they know who fits the description revealed by God.  If this is you, please contact us at warriors4christ.podcast.com,  we will then find out the rest of the message that God wants to share.

  • Episode 65: When is a Lie Not Unrighteous? (Part 2C of 3)

In this part 2C episode of this 3 part series we will continue to look at the topic of lying and deception.  In part 1 we reviewed examples from God's word where acts of lying and deception were either directed by God or commended by God.  One notable example was the act of lying and deception by Rahab the harlot was credited to her as righteousness similar to Abraham's faith.  Today, we will look further into the principles of what God defines as lying which is unrighteous.  All that matters is what God defines of what will be counted as righteousness or unrighteousness.  In this episode we review passages in the OLD Testament which uses the noun of the word "lying" to see how God defines and uses this word in the bible.  The word is Strong's Concordance # 5579 (Pseustes).  Find out who God says are the liars and what is considered a lie.
