Warriors Waffle

It was a pretty bleak day out for the Warriors in Brisbane, a great contingent of fans turned up to watch us not play very well and to top that off our luck has most definitely run out with injuries, got to stay positive though!

It was all set up for a win against a weakened, reigning premier Panthers team, the problem is we didn't turn up to beat them, injuries to two key players did not help but we were off our game, a lesson to be learned, we have great chance this week to redeem against the Broncos at Suncorp.

If you are a Queensland fan you must be feeling pretty good about the win, NSW fans may feel a bit robbed as there was some dodgy stuff going on with the ref but ultimately it was an exciting game and sets up a blockbuster decider in three weeks!

It's three days removed from the game but we are still beaming about a fantastic win over the Sharks, a great all round performance from the boys, its very sweet being a Warriors fan at the moment!

The boys are back this week to discuss last week's Origin game, the unnecessarily close win over the Bunnies, how Barnett's injury will affect us and look forward to the clash with Sharks this weekend.

It was a tough night in front of the blacked out crowd back at Mt Smart, the Raiders came to play and pushed the limits, the ref was in a mood to blow the pea out but ultimately we didn't get the win, in the long run it may not be a bad thing for us, redemption could be round the corner with a trip to play Souths this weekend.

It wasn't pretty and it wasn't polished but wins are hard to come by at WIN stadium for us so we will certainly take it, the boys dive into the game and look forward to the Dolphins clash next Saturday night.

Congratulations to our petrol voucher winner!

A breakout performance from Luke Metcalf got us home in the wet at Magic Round against a good Cowboys team but it wasn't without some drama and stress, we will take the win and that is officially our best start to a season ever, bring on the Dragons!!

The boys also pick there State of Origin teams for game one which is only a three weeks away.

A reminder - To celebrate our 100th episode last week we are giving away an NZ $250 petrol voucher to the listener that sends us through the best question, the winner will be announced on our show post the round 10 clash with the Dragons next week.
