I talk about training first class petty officers to become Chief Petty Officers.

To day marks the end of the name Warriors War & Weed and begins the new name Warriors War & Healing. We did this to be more encompassing in the podcast and allow us to focus on Veterans stories along with a broader ability to talk about healing from different perspectives.

I reflect on September 11th 2001, and the unintended consequences which happened as a result of that day.

So I’m back from Podcast movement and this episode was supposed to be released the weekend after podcast movement but Hurricane Harvey hit and things changed. So in the episode I talk about how amazing it was meeting great podcasters and what a unique community it is.

Were in a time of need in Texas and this is a share cast between my sister podcast Two Guys Drinking Beer. We hope our listeners reach out and help the people of Victoria, Rockport, Port A and Houston

In Part two of the Road Trip podcast - we talked about our upcoming project; Project Redemption, its an idea that may change the way we help homeless veterans for the positive.

Max Moore convinced me to take a road trip with him back to California, so we took the time to record a podcast talking about his deployment to Landstuhl, Germany. We also talked about PTS & addiction.

Ben is one of my mentors, a man who embodies what is means to be a great Sailor, a great Chief and a great Man - be is going to be initial Chief for the next 6-7 weeks, we will be talking to Chief Petty Officers once a week during what we call the season.

So I talk about my desire to be more open about advocating for cannabis access for veterans and I talk about my dual lives, activist on one hand under the Warriors War & Weed banner but not really saying much on the other hand to my facebook friends.

Today I talk about remembering not just our founding fathers but the brave farmers, merchants & sailors who were the might behind the founders.
