The War between Russia and Ukraina as an example for the human consciousness, i. e., the "ego", which is splitted within. And because it is "splitted" in itself, it has "inner conflicts" and these inner conflicts the ego projects onto others. This way trouble appears, and this way also wars happen. When do we learn to forgive? When do we start to tolerate others?

Wars are just outcomes. The true enemy is the ego!

High sensitivity, energy disbalance, meditation blocks or, even melancholy are side-effects during spiritual awakening, on the way to the Higher Self. This Consciousness "Shift" can cause several issues, because we experience life more intensively when we live pure and let go over-stimulation (addictions, phones, etc.). So unfortunately, the material world appears like an "obstacle" for some.
