The majority of what I have seen, read and oberved points to clear and obvious pre-meditation, but I've never been certain of this. While I believe there was SOME plan ahead of time how far in advance this was seems somewhat debateable. On one hand all the signs point to a pre-set plan, but if that is indeed the case why such a mess???
