Bringing up dialogue around being a high performance athlete with ADHD, late diagnosis, missed diagnosis, and skipped over symptoms. Join the ladies on this weeks episode to see what they have to say about this matter.

Busy schedules, finances, time, and agility...knowing what keeps us going and what makes us happy now. EVERYTHING AND MORE DISCUSSED IN EPISODE 4!!
FUN FACT - did you know that cheerleading is named one of the most dangerous sports in North America? From flying high, to tumbling fast, the girls give you the inside scoop of how dangerous this sport can really be; all based on their own experiences. Trust is a huge factor in the sport of cheerleading...the less trust you have in your teammates the higher the risk of injury. The ladies talk about the vast range of injuries that occur in the sport of cheerleading and how they live with those injuries today.
If you or anyone you know is currently on a team with an injury and you have yet to see the doctor about it, go see them! From one washed up athlete to another, it’ll be helpful in the long run. Enjoy the show!
**TRIGGER WARNING: Today's episode has conversation surrounding eating disorders and body dysmorphia.
WELCOME BACK OLD TIME ATHLETES! Episode 2 is here and conversation is better than ever. Becca and Drew dive into the topic of self image. Learning to love yourself while being a high performance athlete can be a struggle, even when you become washed up. Stereotypes, female and male self-image, new cheer rules and more discussed in this episode!
**DISCLOSURE - The conversation surrounding these topics are based on Becca and Drew’s personal experiences dealing with self-image while transitioning out of sport. Also, how they are dealing with it now; may it be a work in progress but it gets better everyday!
