The Commanders got off to a hot start against the Colts in London but as injuries mounted their chances of getting back to .500 slipped away. The injuries can't be ignored as part of the story but their sloppiness was once again in full display. 10 penalties, undisciplined moments, and a defense that couldn't stay in the fight cost them a chance to remain competitive. As many expected, Dan Quinn announced on Friday that Jayden Daniels would be out for the matchup with the Colts on Sunday, but he followed that up with some good news on a couple key starters. Chig Okonkwo and Frankie Luvu will both be returning to the lineup. We start the show with thoughts on how the return of Luvu and a reduced role for Mike Sainristil could impact the defenses chances of continuing to improve. Then we get into the unfortunate news that Terry McLaurin showed up on the Friday injury report with a hamstring injury and will be questionable on Sunday. The Commanders have made the trip to London to prepare for their week 4 matchup against the Colts and logged their first practice of the trip.
