Yesterday resources from Prescott National Forest responded to two separate fires near the community of Crown King. The Wasson Peak Fire, burning south of Crown King is 17 acres. Today firefighters will continue to put a line around the fire, securing the fire’s edge. Resources assigned: Prescott Hotshots, 2 – Type 2 crews, 1 – Engine and 2 Helicopters.
