TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES! We recorded a number of commentary tracks for episodes 7 through 12 of season 8 and somehow, the podcasting gods deemed that audio to be "Too Erotic"? So, we were forced to do this half-assed summation of a bunch of episodes we didn't really enjoy. Feel free to skip this one.

Mia doesn't understand why Peter and Riley are spending so much time together and Riley doesn't understand why he feels the way he does when he and Peter hang out. Clare discovers sex toys. Dom and Nathaniel  reminisce about touchstone moments in their childhood that takes place at a gas station. Sav and Alli are at odds over their warring libidos. Oh yeah, there's a college subplot.

Excuse the audio quality. Dom decided to record from the inside of a submarine. Jane's got dreams of becoming Degrassi's first female football player, Darcy dreams of Kenya and Derek fulfills his lifelong dream of kicking a woman in the ribs. Oh yeah, Liberty deals with being treated as a token for the sorority she's rushing and hands a stranger her panties.

Mia's an overnight success as Canada's new teen model! Degrassi's got a new principal who Nathaniel believes is Dr. Carlisle Cullen from Twilight. We're introduced to the new grade 9's and are forced to suffer through a new array of college plots now that Emma, Manny and Liberty are exploring higher learning.

Dom's sick, Nathaniel's bored. Collectively, the Wasteland High boys are inching ever closer to the end of season 7. Manny's got an opportunity of a lifetime for a young actress. Toby's pining for Liberty. Liberty's down bad for the ashiest boy in Toronto,  unfortunately Damian's dating Emma. Oh yeah, Spinner is on the razor's edge of graduating, but he NEEDS to play at an oddly timed battle of the bands and JImmy's in no mood to help him. Oh yeah, Degrassi season 7 character rankings.

Mia and Lucas are giving their relationship another shot, but he didn't say anything about being a father. Sean comes back just to train Snake and say goodbye. Marco and Ellie blur the lines of their friendship as their roommate status is up in the air. The Wasteland High boys simp endlessly over Liberty during most of the recording. You've been warned.

Jimmy blackmails his father to get cash for stem cell treatment. Peter decides to start a band. Holly J ruins Anya's fundraiser, and Jay does crime.

Are there good episodes in season 7? Seriously... We're beginning to wonder. Jane and Darcy become friends, but Jane screws it up by revealing Peter has bad breath. Snake is officially welcomed back to Degrassi, but he's being bullied by the Lakehurst kids. Oh yeah, Griffin has HIV and Toby of all people turns down Holly J. Unreal.

Derek and Danny are into the same girl which leads them to all team up on a school project. Derek becomes jealous of Danny and unknowingly sets Danny up to look bad in front of a clearly racist store owner. Emma does the absolute most, and we struggle to find much of anything to say about these episodes.
