We often hear people complain that they don't have enough free time in their lives, and for the most part (if the Department of Labor Statistics is to believed) that is true. Out of the 8760 hours per year, we only have 1401 hours to ourselves (that translates to ~59 days) once all our commitments (sleep, work, commuting, chores, taking care of family, working out) are met for the year. Thats two months out of the twelve that we have for leisure activity - and if reporting is to believed Americans spend at least 2 -3 hours per day (or 730 - 1095 hours per year) just scrolling through our phones.
