Delisha also co-founded and leads the HOSA Fund (The House on Steven Avenue), a nonprofit organization committed to the advancement of communities through initiatives geared toward youth enrichment, young adult job readiness, and economic support of families in need.

John L. Cash is a Fortune 50 brand marketer, sports/entertainment agency executive, and business owner of The Narmer Group, LLC. John is also an accomplished United States Air Force Veteran Office.

John has served at the management and executive level for industry-leading companies such as Learfield/IMG Collegiate Sports, Bank of America, Coca-Cola, and IMAGES USA Marketing and Advertising Agency.

In January 2020 John Cash launched and taught the first Historically Black College and University (HBCU) esports/gaming curriculum and certification program. He launched the first two HBCU Conference collegiate sports multi-media business initiatives for Learfield/IMG Collegiate (MEAC) and Van Wagner Sports and Entertainment (CIAA) respectively as well institution partnerships at Florida A&M University and North Carolina A&T University. 

In addition to his role as Founder & Global Professor of the JCSU Gaming & Esports Initiative, he serves as an Investor as well as the Chief Development & Education Officer at Cxmmunity whose mission is  to increase participation of minority youth within the gaming industry and increasing STEM and business management interest for youth in underserved and overlooked communities.
Current partnerships include Microsoft, Twitch, Riot Games, Epic Games, Verizon, and Discover. Professional esports teams and entertainment personalities include Evil Geniuses, FaZe Clan, and Erin Ashely Simon

Brandon Rainey is a writer, director and speaker who uses the transformative power of the performing arts to transform lives. He currently serves as the Founder and Executive Director of CBG Arts, which is an LA based 501c3 non profit that works with schools, organizations and partners to educate, edify and enlighten by using the arts.

Brandon also serves as the Regional Training Manager for Sandy Hook Promise & Artistic Director of Inglewood Theater Group. He has been writing & directing plays for the last 18 years. He started teaching in 2007 when he accepted the position at Washington Prep HS and then as Artistic Director of ICEF Public Schools. For 5 consecutive years his students won first place in one of the city-wide theater festivals. January 2012 he had the opportunity to direct the opening act for the Michael Jackson Tribute that took place in front of the Kodak Theater sharing the stage with greats such as Quincy Jones, Smokie Robinson, Justin Beiber & the Jackson family.

His impact on the arts and the community led him to receive the JP Morgan CHASE Bank Center Theater Group Fellowship Award which gave him the opportunity to study under great Broadway directors in New York and take playwriting courses with Music Theater International. His original play, “Flashing Lights” took the city by storm selling over 3,000 tickets during the first weekend of the workshop run. Rainey has led several touring groups and his work has been in theaters, churches, high schools, and colleges across the nation.

Brandon Rainey is also a graduate of Morehouse College.

Marcus Harden is the Co-Founder and Lead Learner of the Academy for Creating Excellence, an all-male school with a mission to create high-quality educational experiences for young men, with a focus on African-American/Black and Latino males.

The Southeast Seattle native is an educator, school leader, but he’s been fittingly given the title of a quiet community superhero and champion of the people by national media and the communities where he serves.

Marcus has love for people and a heart for seeing the best in all people, especially, our youth. Marcus has served in education, non-profit, state and federal domains for 15 years, serving in the office of Former First Lady & Senator Hillary R. Clinton as an intern, then as Executive Director of (ACAP) The Accounting Career Awareness Program; Race to the Top Grant Program Manager for Rainier Beach High school; Director of Community Engagement for the Washington State Charter School Association, and currently serves as Principal/Lead Learner of the Academy for Creating Excellence an aspiring educational model that focuses on cultivating the innate excellence inside of African American males. 

ACE launched in 2012, offering educational workshops in Seattle. In 2016, in partnership with the City of Seattle Department of Early Learning and South Shore K–8, it hosted its first three-month Summer Learning Experience. This program became a pilot for a full school opening in 2021 in Atlanta, Georgia: the ACE Atlanta charter school. ACE’s pedagogy centered in love—which he calls “Loveful Pedagogy”—is based on brain development in young men specifically, with an emphasis on learning through community work; healthy competition; and candid, frequent conversation. 

Marcus has a Masters of Arts in Education and Program Manager Certification from the University of Washington.

Radio One was Stowe’s first stop as a multi-media professional. From working in promotions, digital, and programming, to later producing a number one show at the station, Stowe believes in the power of radio and television media to serve the world.

He’s an accomplished author, who has published three books, “What Were You Thinking? The  Guide to Becoming a New Thinker,” “Sermons for the Struggle: 7 Ways to Break Through” and “Chosen to Be Elect.”  He’s also an educator who served as the Director of Education at the Ohio Media Columbus campus.
