Change is inevitable, no matter how much we try to run from, suppress or ignore change will happen and as daunting as that may sound, how beautiful is it that we get to grow and expand with change. 

How do we open ourselves up to allowing   change in. A big part of this is understanding our nervous system and how we move through and respond to change. 

Change can be very activating for our system. Change takes us out of what once was, that safe space and takes us into this new space that can be full of so much magic but also can feel so daunting and uprooting. 

Some changes are unexpected and hit us hard, some changes are full of excitement, some changes we choose and some are just apart of life.
