When qualifying for a multifamily loan the main thing we look at is Net worth, Liquidity,  and Track record. 

- You must have a net worth greater than or equal to the loan amount.

- You must  have a track record doing deals of a similar size.

- If you don't have any of the requirements consider partnering with someone who does

We are a boutique capital advisory firm that specializes in providing debt and equity to qualified sponsors for your multifamily deals. Most lenders can only provide debt, we can provide both. 

2) What type of properties do we lend on?

We only fund multifamily properties between $5M- $75M, if you send us a warehouse, or a senior living facility, or a student housing project we won't fund it.
