On this bonus (ok...lost) episode, Lady D and Lady H talk about the fantastic web series Black Girl in a Big Dress (BGBD). This episode was recorded very early in our podcasting journey and the sound reflects it, but the content is so timely that it needed to be heard. We recorded this in February 2021, and it amazes me how prescient we were: we didn't get everything right, but enough. BGBD is about a Black cosplayer who is looking for love. She would have been a perfect lead in The Courtship, and I still contend that it would have been great as...well, listen and find out. We would love to chat with you about this, and we continue our conversations on Blackness.
