Hey Watchers!

Queen Melmendi joins Lady H and Lady D to talk If Beale Street Could Talk. This is part of the five (5) Black American period pieces that Lady H could identify. The other four (4) are Southside With You, Sylvie's Love, The Photograph, and the missing from memory: Their Eyes Were Watching God. Can you think of any others? If so, please let us know.

Lady H and Lady D share a snippet of a conversation they had with Tatiana King earlier this year. The full conversation will air in season two. In the meantime, we wanted to honor Ms. Nichols and Lt. Uhura on the day of her passing: Godspeed.

Surprise! This bonus episode is another ForeverYoungCast reunion featuring the lovely ladies, Madame Lazet and Miss V. We take on the changes at WWE and make predictions on the Summerslam 2022 card. It's giving wrestling with a womanist take. Please be aware that we do describe some pretty dark allegations on Vinny Mac, so please take care.

Hey Watchers and Happy July!

We are joined by DeeDee Jonee to discuss soap operas*, wrestling, Black American historical romance, and the Queen: Beverly Jenkins  and how she is honored with #Jenkins July.  Also, are you a ride or die chick  for Aldis Hodge? And stay tuned for our final thoughts on #Bridgerton.

*when mentioning GH, Lady H mistakenly called precious Trina by the name Sabrina whilst thinking about Sprina (the pairing of Trina and Spencer).
