Watch With You

Hey Watchers!

We are dropping this episode to give our Queen her flowers and toss a coin for The Equalizer.

And we are back with part 2 of Mistlehoe your way through Harlem! This episode goes in on Amazon Prime's Harlem. Per usual, we give a spoiler free take, and then we go on to give a spoiler filled review. The ladies are still boozy, so expect some laughter, a game of FMK, and a bonus talk about Seven Days in June by Tia Williams; the audio kickback of the book soon come. Did you watch Harlem? Let us know what you think!

We found lots of principles of Kwanzaa in this series? Did you? If so, please let us know which ones.

Happy Boxing Day, all!

Lady H and Lady D wrap up their mistlehoe coverage with this episode discussing the movie Boxing Day. Find out who was the Mistlefoe and who was the Kwanzaa Angel about this movie. Happy Holidays!

Today is also the first day of Kwanzaa. The first principle is Umoja (Unity): To strive for and to maintain unity in the family, community, nation, and race. Fitting for this episode, yeah?

Hey Watchers!

Lady D and Lady H get merry and give a boozy critique of several holiday movies:

My Favorite Christmas Melody

A Fiancé for Christmas

Hip Hop Family Christmas

A Christmas Deja vu

A Merry Liddle Christmas Baby

Kirk Franklin's A Gospel Christmas

A Christmas Dance Reunion

This episode got a little long, so the episode was cut in half to discuss Harlem on Amazon Prime. As always, thanks for rocking with us! We wish you a happy and healthy holiday season and a blessed 2022. Come make merry with us on twitter!

Hello Watchers!

Lady H promised a wrestling focused podcast, and here it is!  We've reunited the co-hosts of Wrasslecast produced ForeverYoungCast (Miss V and Madame Lazet) to gab about Black women in wrestling. Don't worry, we don't leave Lady D behind: we talk tv and go full mistlehoe on our favorite holiday picks. Be sure to check our twitter for some fun Easter eggs. Happy Holidays!

Hey Watchers!

Ever wondered how your faves got into wrestling? Or have you seen TNA, NJPW, NXT, or AEW on your timeline, and wondered: whatever happened to WWF? This primer is for you! Lady D asks some questions and guests Miss V and Madame Lazet answer. Listen and prepare for the full episode where the ladies dive deep on the state of Black women in wrestling.

Hey Watchers!

This mini-episode highlights the brilliance of Madame Lazet, and her thoughts on wrestling. Stay tuned for the full episode featuring Lady H, Lady D, and special guest Miss V, where we discuss Black women in wrestling...and #mistlehoing.

Hey Watchers!

Lady D and Lady H are winding down season one of the podcast. We have enjoyed hearing from you, and watching with you. This episode, we review three Holiday movies you can find on Lifetime and Hallmark: Holiday in Harmony, The Santa Stakeout, and A Picture Perfect Holiday. We also go over the Holiday movies one can find on Netflix and Lifetime featuring Black women. Lady H prefers her holiday movies with more...punch, but she is anticipating Boxing Day.

Later, Lady D gives her verdict on the 4400, and Lady H watched Ready to Love.  We love watching with you, so we will tweet commentary (and sometimes live tweet) on episodes of The Equalizer, Insecure, 4400, Our Kind of People, Queens, and Batwoman! They have consistently made our Top 5 picks, and we lots to say.

You can always follow Lady D and Lady H on twitter: come say hi, and tell us what you are watching. Peace!

Hey Watchers!

Ladies D and H are back to dish about the best of what they watched in October 2021. First, we catch up with Lady D's weekend, where she held court at 14th Annual Kennedy Black and White Ball: she danced the night away listening to the finest music, draped in gorgeous pearls.  Giving Tuesday (November 30!!!)  is right around the corner, and if you are feeling benevolent, please consider a donation to the MDP Cancer Fund. To donate, please click here.

After catching up, we mentioned quite a few shows but featured Batwoman and 4400...that CW chokehold just won't let up! Did your favorite show get mentioned? Are we watching your fave? Let us know!

We hope you gather with your family and friends this month! The next time you hear our voices, it'll be after us Mistlehoes got mistledowned! See you on twitter!

Hello there!
