If we are striving to be our best, there are traps that I never knew existed.

They will throw you off your game unless you have an awareness of them.

1. Growth is not linear, it's not a straight line and sometimes your best will be less than you're used to.
2. Sometimes growth is so small you can't see it or measure it so you just need to trust and believe in the process.
