Water is one of the most powerful conductors of energy and we can use it for this purpose to aid us in our daily life. Our thoughts and emotions are energy and when we are feeling stagnant or with negative thoughts and feelings, we can ask the spirit of the water to carry away those sensations. We can inform a glass of water and ask if for help and it will resound before our intentions and the vibrations of being, helping us to transmute what we desire. It is a subtle and humble spirit that is all powerful.
