Ice is a solid form of water, but what water is used to create the ice, looking into different reason why ice can affect the experiences , 

You have all the best ingredients, and then use a ice from a icemaker refrigerator, then BAM you dont enjoy it as you expected. it isnt a bad Gin/Sprit? otherdrink.  It is possibly the Ice.

Carbonation can be one of the most important characteristics to impact the Mouthfeel and influnce the flavours in Water , 

it is very important for pairing aswell to use the carbonation as a tool to change the perception of the food it will be paired with. 

natural carbonation , yes the water rises to the surface with bubbles in it from the natural volcanic , and Artificial carbonation is where carbon has been absorbed into the water that we have added. 

Both are very tasty , and both taste different, understanding more about carbonation will create better dining experiences, and more enjoyment.
