Are we constantly exhausted because we've confused rest with a reward we earn, rather than a command given for our own good? Instead of just trying to "turn off" our work, we find true rest by intentionally "plugging in" to God, which helps us surrender our need for control and find the freedom to walk at an unhurried pace, even when our schedule is full.
