He’s got an incredible running resume: ASICS sponsored, 62 minute half marathon, 2:13 full marathon, but most importantly, he’s a very respected and liked guy in the Sydney running community because he takes the time and effort to connect with his followers and is happy to be transparent with his training, and gives some great advice! In this episode we touch on his recent Sydney 10 victory, his upcoming Half marathon at the HOKA Runaway half, his weekly training structure, his ambitions to make the 2024 Olympic team for the marathon, nutrition, a bit about the Cubs, baseball in Japan, the Singapore running community and the importance of marketing yourself well as a runner in order to push the sport forward!
