    Anna Maria Larsen is an amazing thought leader in the field of executive coaching.  Dive deep into what it takes to be a great leader, great in a sense of authentic self.  Anna Maria Larsen shares her experience, coaching, and best practices in a series of three podcasts.  You will be inspired to look inward for inspiration as you lead.

    Anna  Maria Larsen started her career as a retained executive search consultant, senior level searches. She has helped numerous senior executives rediscover and fully appreciate their own  innate gifts, talents and passions.  Anna Maria Larsen is the Founder and Managing Partner of Lumenis  Partners, LLC, a leadership coaching, executive search, and strategic consulting firm. Her clients  include Fortune 500, small and mid-sized companies, nonprofit organizations, and individuals. 

    Anna Maria has provided coaching to executives of all levels; however, her greatest strength is  working with senior executives. Many of her clients have already had stellar achievements  throughout their careers, yet are seeking a new direction, personal fulfillment, or perhaps a capstone  opportunity to achieve a personal objective. 

    Coaching is very personal. Anna Maria’s unique style and approach are derived from a lifetime of  unique experiences. She completed post graduate studies at Georgetown and Harvard, she received a  Leadership Coaching Certificate from Georgetown University in 2004, and is credentialed through  the International Coaching Federation.  

    Executive mentoring/coaching is a partnership with a client in a thought-provoking and creative  process that inspires an individual to maximize her/his personal and professional potential.  Coaching brings clarity to an issue and develops a plan of action. Through real conversations, she creates customized practices that help individuals recognize  their own ability to be proactive with the challenges they face, and to make good decisions regardless of the circumstances. Her mentoring practice is much more than ‘executive coaching.’ It is a transformative journey for the open-minded and discriminating client.  

    She is a talented leader in her own right, having had direct fiduciary responsibility to guide a multi-billion dollar not-for-profit through tumultuous times, having founded her own successful  professional practices, and having participated with and led several community and national boards.

  • Capt. Keith Hoskins, U.S.N. (Ret.) | What You're Fighting for is Bigger than You | 2 of 2

    Leadership, from dream to reality and into the boardroom--an amazing conversation with Keith Hoskins, Executive Vice President of Greater Pensacola for Branch Operations at Navy Federal Credit Union.

    Keith leads the day-to-day operations of over 8,500 team members located on the Brian L. McDonnell campus in Pensacola, Florida.

    Keith joined the Navy Federal team in April of 2019. Prior to his current leadership role, he was the Western District General Manager/Military Affairs Manager for Gulf Power Company, overseeing and directing all operations for Escambia and Santa Rosa counties.

    Keith served 27 distinguished years in the United States Navy, retiring at the rank of Captain. Two of Keith’s many assignments during his naval career included serving as a F-18 pilot on the Blue Angels flight demonstration team and as Commanding Officer for Naval Air Station Pensacola, where he provided leadership and oversight for over 25,000 military and civilian personnel. Under Keith’s leadership in 2015, President Barack Obama awarded NAS Pensacola the Commander in Chief’s Installation Excellence Award.

    Keith is a native of Parkville, Missouri. He is a graduate from Missouri Western State University with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering Technology, where he attended on both an academic and a football scholarship. Keith received his master’s degree from the Industrial College of the Armed Forces.

    Keith is a dedicated community leader. In August 2019, Governor Ron DeSantis appointed Keith to the board of the Florida Defense Support Task Force. He also serves on the Achieve Escambia Leadership Council, Gulf Coast Kid’s House Executive Board, and the Naval Aviation Museum Foundation Board of Trustees. Keith and his wife, Lori, are proud parents of three children. His hobbies include golfing, traveling, and watching Kansas City Chiefs football games.

    Eddie Murray currently serves as the 2020-2021 President of the Pensacola Young Professionals.   • Dr. Donna Marion | Passion for Higher Education

    The Dean of Professional Studies from Pensacola Christian College joins us in the studio to discuss leadership in higher education.

    Dr. Donna Marion has been teaching in the business and education departments at Pensacola Christian College for the last 26 years. From 2013 to 2019, Dr. Marion served as the chair of Business and now she currently serves as the Dean of Professional Studies.  While she still teaches both graduate and undergraduate classes, she routinely engages in faculty development and academic strategic planning. Her passion is teaching, whether that is teaching her own students or helping others to become the best teacher they can be.

     She earned her undergraduate B.S. in Business Education from Pensacola Christian College, M.S. in Business Technology Education from the University of Southern Mississippi, and Ph.D. in Educational Technology from Walden University.

    RADM Coane talks about leadership and the importance of vision, communication, and integrity.

    Born and raised in Redondo Beach, California, RADM Coane is the son of a California National Guard officer who served in the South Pacific in WWII as a Brigadier General. Both he and his father attended the University of California, Berkeley. Graduating as an ensign in the ROTC program, RADM Coane reported to flight training in the fall of 1968.

    RADM Coane’s thirty-four year military career consisted of eleven years of Active Duty and twenty-three years of Reserve Duty. Trained as a P3 Maritime Patrol/Reconnaissance and Antisubmarine Warfare pilot, RADM Coane flew in the Vietnam Theater; tracked Soviet submarines in the Pacific, Atlantic, and Mediterranean; and, in the late nineties, flew reconnaissance missions over Bosnia and Kosovo. In 1995, RADM Coane completed a three-month tour as Deputy Commander, Joint Task Force Southwest Asia in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. As the Navy Deputy for Operation SOUTHERN WATCH, he was responsible for enforcing United Nations sanctions against Iraq. RADM Coane was also a qualified Surface Warfare Officer and served aboard the aircraft carrier USS Constellation (CV-64) as Tactical Action Officer and Officer of the Deck. During that tour, he flew the ship’s supply aircraft, the C1A.

    During his career, RADM Coane held five Commanding Officer assignments including command of Patrol Squadron Nine Four in New Orleans, LA, and Reserve Readiness Command Southeast where he was responsible for six thousand Reservists in seventeen reserve centers across four states and Puerto Rico. His Flag Officer assignments included three years as the Deputy Commander U.S. SIXTH Fleet embarked aboard the USS LaSalle (AGF-3). During this tour, he personally conducted official visits to Romania and, twice, to Bulgaria where he negotiated bilateral exercises. His last assignment was as the Deputy Commander for the Naval Network Warfare Command/Naval Space Command in Little Creek, VA. There, he also served as the Director for the Naval Reserve Space and Network Warfare Program. Other assignments included a four-year tour on the Secretary of the Navy’s National Naval Reserve Policy Board, Naval War College reserve course series, Army War College Course for Senior Reserve Officers, and the Executive Program for General Officers at Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government. Admiral Coane retired on 01 October 2002.

    In civilian life, RADM Coane worked for thirty-two years as a pilot for Eastern Air Lines and Delta Air Lines where he retired as a Captain on the MD-88 aircraft. While at Delta,  he served as Program Manager for all pilot Human Factors programs and was responsible for training program development and execution.
