So what goes through the mind of a single, pregnant lady?? A lot, believe me! In this episode I sit down and share my latest musings around acceptance and identity, and a bit more. It was a beautiful flow of chat, with no tears! Only pure gratitude and love for this journey. I share my honest feelings & thoughts and hope that it may just help anyone who needs it.

Aiming for authenticity, I decided to share a bit of behind the scenes struggle and realness. I am calling myself out on my own BS- no more hiding behind fake smiles. Life is up & downs, happy and sad, tears and laughter. In this episode, I speak openly about my difficult journey in my pregnancy so far, and the turbulent relationship with the Father. And just open up and show my real, human, messy side. It took a lot to sit and be this vulnerable. I hope it might help even one person

So after another break , or retreat inward, I sat down to record another episode. I talk about always trusting your intuition, sensing energies, not being afraid to take a risk and try new things, and how fulfilling it can be. We are all here to share and create and guide each other. The world is big enough for all of us to add our little bit into the mix. 

As Ram Dass said - We are all just walking each other home.
