This episode is for all the creatives! Which if you're an entrepreneur, you're likely pretty creative. Our guest today, Melissa Dinwiddie, is an artist who is currently using that skill in a consultancy that helps companies act decisively by making their teams' ideas visible so they can make sense of complex situations.
She does this using the power of play and visual thinking, her main tools being LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®—which lets people "think with their hands" in 3D–and graphic recording/graphic facilitation—which gets people's ideas up on the wall in 2D.
In this episode, we talk about her unique journey and the ups and downs that have led her to where she is today!
