My name is Kacey, and I am a wellness coach and writer based out of Pelham, Alabama. I record this podcast in my home office, the headquarters of my freelance writing and coaching business.
My desire to help people create healthier lifestyles for themselves has taken shape through one-on-one coaching and by educating and informing with the health-focused material I write. Any way I can get the information out there and into your hands (or in your ears) is what I want to do in order to show you what is possible for you!
Why am I so passionate about health and wellness? About 3 years ago I lost 20 lbs and performed a complete 180-turn on how I was living my life, and I want to help you, the one struggling to do the same. It would have been such a meaningful experience for me to have support while I worked to tear down my old way of life and build a new one from scratch. With knowledge and wisdom from my own experiences, I hope to provide that support to YOU.
