Sam Garrett is a musician from the UK - a guy who is spiritual and beautiful, and writes music that moves people, including yours truly. I loved having this conversation with Sam, where we discuss the power of music and art, the impact spirituality has had on our lives, what it was like growing up an oddball with “learning disabilities” and much more.

Sam is a bottomless well of melody, and a beautiful soul. Everyone should definitely add Sam Garrett to their playlist. Ryan Michler is a titan in the men’s work space. I found him on London Real with Brian Rose and knew I had to have him on. Founder of the Order of Man Movement and host of the podcast by the same name, he’s the real deal.

Devin is a men’s coach and teacher of masculine alchemy and sacred sexuality. In this episode we talk about what it means to be a connected man, in touch with nature and his own sexual power. The Sacred Sons provide men’s retreats in a tribal and shamanic setting, in an effort to restore the healthy masculine archetypes within men of all ages, and in so doing, restore Mother Earth to wholeness.

On today’s show we talk about the constant stream of fear porn spewing out of the TV, and how to guard yourself against the fearful virtual reality created by the media.

We talk about how our culture cultivates and manipulates our fear of death to control behaviors of the masses and generate revenue. We’re a spiritually confused people, and spiritually confused people are easy to manipulate.

Taking care of your mental, physical, and spiritual health is key to keeping your life together, controlling your reality, and maintaining consistent fulfillment. It’s all connected.

We also talk about the application of “faith” in life. Faith in this case is simply understanding that there’s a divine order to the universe, and that living right keeps us in the flow of that plan.
