Pastor Marcus covers the first five "be's" of leadership. These are things that Christian leaders need to be to be effective.

The Lord is our Banner. When we lift up the name of Jesus we are fighting from a place of victory!

By His stripes, we are healed. God reveals himself as healer in the desert in Exodus, as healer through Jesus, and as healer today through the Holy Spirit.

We learned about Jehovah Jireh: The Lord WILL Provide. God meets our needs, and the biggest need we have is salvation. Pastor Marcus asked these questions: "Have you ever been desperate for a move of God in your life? Have you ever had a need that only God could meet, and you were so hungry for a move of God that you would do anything to get to him?"

In this episode, we answer the question, "What are we building our lives on?" We are all building our lives on something. Jesus says we are either the wise or the foolish builders. Pastor Marcus gives us four ways to become like the wise builder.

We close out our series similarly to how we started 30 weeks ago. The Book of Acts doesn't give us a clean ending; in fact, it feels like it's missing three big words: to be continued. We are the continuation of the story because the work of Jesus isn't finished yet. We learn that we go on the mission that Jesus has sent us on by the power of the Holy Spirit.

As we near the end of our series "Church In The Wild," we learn that Paul was imprisoned for two years and continued to preach the good news. Paul had joy, and we learn that joy is more than a feeling.

Our Kids Director, Emily Wood, brings a powerful word from Acts 28:1-10 called, "Your Story For His Glory." She teaches us that nobody's story is too small for God to use, and that we may be right in the middle of our story and we can trust that God has us right where we need to be.
