I talk about how I was listening to a presentation by Wayne Dyer today and how he was discussing Lao Tzu and the Torah and how God's name, as told to Moses, is I Am The I Am (or something like that.)  So when we say, "I am ..."  we are invoking God/the divine.  He was encouraging us to recognize the divine in us and others every time we use the words "I am".
