Being in a tough industry like marketing is all about sticking out from the crowd whilst remaining true to the values you set yourself. Wayne is this individual who aims to live with integrity within himself, owns the words that he commits to and tries his best to align his expectations to the realities of situations. There wasn’t an exact moment he knew he wanted to be an entrepreneur, yet he always liked to find solutions to problems. Through doing this, he kept finding new and intriguing ways to solve clients' issues through his company and marketing campaigns.
