  • Lone Duck's Gun Dog Chronicles: E 52. Advanced Retriever Work with Lyle Steinman
Tonight we welcomed Lyle Steinman of Castile Creek Kennels to the show. Lyle has been in the hunt test game for a number of years and has more accolades than I can comprehend. We got to hear a little about how Lyle got started working with dogs and how things have evolved over time and then BAM we jump right into some advanced training advice. We had a lot of fantastic questions come through and weren't able to get to everyone so Lyle said he'd be happy to come back on the show and continue chatting... we'll have the ol' cell service thing figured out by then, too.

  • Lunker Dogs Reel Guy Show: Nyla Knows Pipes
One Florida Foundation is dedicated to developing sustainable statewide policy that works to preserve and protect Florida’s water resources. Nyla Pipes has been fighting the fight for clean waters for a long time . She has been out spoken about governments failing to have adequate infrastructure to handle their own sewage. Nyla and I both agree this is one of the biggest but most fixable problem Florida has. I am learning from many great people out there and I hope you do too as we produce more episodes on these topics.

  • Farm Traveler: Ep. 43: Making Row Crops More Sustainable with the Field Work Podcast
As you might be able to tell, lately, we have had several other podcasts on the show. The podcast industry is certainly booming, and the agriculture sector is taking advantage of that boom by creating numerous agriculture related podcasts. One such podcast is Field Work, a podcast centered around row crops and how they can play a part in sustainable agriculture. Hosted by Zach Johnson and Mitchell Hora, Field Work talks about successes, failures, and tips and tricks the row crop sector face. Today, we are joined by Mitchell as he explains how they started the show, what some common themes are, and much more!

  • Tom Rowland Podcast: The Packing List - HOW 2 TUESDAY #80
Two is one and one is none. That is to say that when you are packing it is best to pack two (especially if it is something cheap). Because you can't always know what will happen and having a back up will keep you prepared. For something like contact solution or sunglasses, it can really ruin your trip to go without, so why not just pack extra?
For this episode I reflect on conversations with outdoor photographer Jason Stemple. Jason and I were talking on a recent shoot when this topic came up about how he packs. He is constantly on the road and he has photography equipment and fishing equipment he needs to be able to pack up quickly and effectively.

We've already knocked out 20 minutes a day for 20 days, so now we are making the challenge a little more difficult. Join the February Push-Up Club and by then end of it you can get a sticker or T-shirt!
