Everyone thinks anxiety is a bad thing. If you really want to cure your anxiety then you need to get one thing straight. Anxiety is not a bad thing. it is not something to run away from. anxiety is to the mind what pain is to the body. anxiety exists for the purposes of showing us that something is happening within our minds. It asks not for our condemnation but for our attention to heal deep parts of ourselves. Stop seeing it is as a bad omen and rather a tool, a mirror, an opportunity to improve yourself. Anxiety is not our enemy it is our friend.

Here are 5 simple ways you can conquer it ON YOUR OWN! The greatest part about these methods are they are accessible and free for EVERYONE regardless of their situation. So whether you're in lockdown or do not have the financial means to seek professional help at the moment, here are some things that you can do!
