On today's show:The University of Chicago’s Enhancing Life Project has brought together 35 scholars from around the world to theorize ways of making everybody’s lives better. We speak with William Schweiker, a principal investigator with the project. As part of the Enhancing Life Project, Unitarian theologian Michael Hogue has been researching ways of reclaiming the earth in a constructive, rather than destructive way. Also part of Enhancing Life, Maria Antonaccio, a religion professor at Bucknell University, has been researching alternate theories of sustainability, and how they spill into modern discourse around climate change. For our Global Activism segment, Wendy Sternberg returns to Worldview with some of her students to talk about Genesis at the Crossroads, a program that focuses on interreligious and multiethnic bridge-building.
