Prior to joining the NC Works Career Center she was Coordinator of the Mountain Area Joblink for 13 years. She has a Master's in Education from Virginia Tech. Ellen has been recognized as the HR Professional of the Year and has been inducted in to the North Carolina Human Resources Hall of Fame.
