There are all kinds of walls! Walls of division … of bitterness and hatred … but God is the one who breaks down those strongholds of division. And on today’s Bold Steps, Pastor Mark Jobe is going to be guiding us through book of Romans to get an idea of how God has orchestrated our ability to have access into His presence.

The apostle Thomas has been noted for his skeptical attitude. In fact, we refer to a skeptic as a "doubting Thomas." In this message from John 20, we consider four ways Thomas was able to rise up from doubt and become a joyful follower of Jesus.

John and Maria reflect on the memorial for Charlie Kirk. Did that memorial start a Christian revival in America? The devastating persecution against Christians in Nigeria continues. And another prediction of the Rapture proves false.

Julie Lopez’s earliest memory is chilling: as a young child, her great-grandmother placed her inside a circle of fire, a ritual meant to consecrate children to demonic spirits. From that moment on, her life was marked by an unusual awareness of the spiritual realm. She encountered angels who intervened to save her life, apprenticed under a witch, and even bound herself to a high-ranking demon. Her childhood was anything but ordinary.

The breaking point came when tragedy struck. The event was undeniably connected to the witchcraft practices she and her mother had once treated as part of everyday life.

In this episode, Julie shares her testimony in raw detail. We also talk about the possibility that witchcraft contributed to the assassination of Charlie Kirk, and how, just as with the death of Jesus, God can bring good fruit out of acts of great evil.

This conversation will expose the reality of the spiritual battle unfolding in our nation and within our families. Now more than ever, we are called to put on the armor of God and stand firm against the forces of evil that are shaping our culture through false value systems and the growing influence of the occult.

One of the most beautiful aspects of the Gospel is that no matter where you are in life … no matter your age … your background … your socio-economic status, or your life-choices … at any point in time, you can choose to follow Jesus and accept His free gift of eternal life.  And as we continue our Bold Steps study today in the book of Romans, Pastor Mark Jobe will take us to chapter 4 to further expand on God’s gift that is credited to us as righteousness.

If our eschatology on the apocalypse leaves us with anything other than peace and purpose, we’re doing it wrong.
