It's no secret that the team at Alice love a certificate. And in this episode of Alice Cares Deb and Helen are talking about some of the latest training they've been on.

Training is an important part of working at Alice. It's not just about qualifications though, it's about making sure everybody is the best they can be.

As always there are jokes along the way and today Deb invents yet another new word, but there's no certificate for that.
