Made It. Now What? - The Podcast

We Are 3-Brained Beings

Intro music: “Back To Us” by Jeremy Passion featuring Julissa Leilani

Hi 👋🏽

My love affair with the Enneagram began 5 years ago.

I heard Rob Bell speak about it on a podcast.

Then I heard Richard Rohr, a Franciscan priest, teach about it a bit more and it touched my heart in a deep way.

Then, I read The Sacred Enneagram by Chris Heuertz.

Then, I was fortunate enough to have Chris as my Enneagram coach for two years.

Chris introduced me to the Narrative Enneagram community; the longest-running and certifying Enneagram school in the world.

This is the school where I received my training, and continue to train with to this day.

A Sunday Kind of Blog is a reader-supported publication. To receive new posts and support my work, consider becoming a free or paid subscriber.

It’s also where I met Marion Gilbert.

My wife and I had the honor and opportunity of doing some somatic work with her. Looking back, it truly was a groundbreaking moment that catalyzed the reconnection back to my body.

I honor all of these teachers and the ones that came before them.

As you listen to this episode, please know that while I’m already 5 years in, I’m still at the beginning of my journey.

I’m only sharing what I’ve learned and loved.

Things that have transformed me.

May they be of value to you.

And my hope is they might be the beginning of your transformation.

With so much love,

Jomar
