Specifically around the origins of the Enneagram.

I hope you take time to reflect on some fond memories with your dad, if you’re not a dad.

And if neither are available, may today bring healing and may you create your own sense of meaning about today, even if that means making it a day like any other day. That’s also great.

Today’s episode is about noticing an old pattern, created by a younger me. This pattern surfaced during a beach day with my family.

Growth work is about creating awareness on patterns that live in your blindspots. When they’re no longer in your blindspot, you can begin to choose a new way of being.

Going all in is following that inner intuition, without guaranteed success.

It’s the willingness to trust yourself along the journey.
