We Are All Here

It was a pleasure recording this one with Sam, a musician and DJ. We cover several topics  but it was fun to hang out and discover the world of electronic music. Sam even puts together a beat on the fly.

Jian shares with us her experience of growing up in China following the cultural revolution of 1967. Both vulnerable and heartbreaking, it was a privilege to spend time with Jian.

It's been a little while but I'm back. Here is 10 lbs of fun in a 5 lb bag. What don't we cover - Lyme disease, sweet and heartfelt music, death, the crumbling of old paradigms,  and deer hunting tips.

In this episode, John and I take a nostalgic time machine, courtesy of Bob Seger and the Silver Bullet Band, back to a time of endless summers, leaded gasoline, and the thrilling ignorance of youth.

Local 5th grader, Sam Shead joins the podcast to tell a brief story of his run in with a poison doughnut and his daylong struggle with a volcanic digestive system.

Nick is a man making big moves in the world. He currently works as a public defender for children in the State of CT as well as a Town Councilman for the Town of Enfield.  This episode was a bit of an education for me, allowing me to satisfy my curiosity concerning the law as well as the issues these days facing towns across CT including the legalization of cannabis among other things. Overall it was a pleasure for me to spend time with such a fresh young mind and a leader grounded in his principals.

Ben is back for our second episode of the Vinyl Hour! This time, Adam , aglow with nostalgia, digs deep into his pile of moldy and warped records to play some equally moldy songs. Will Ben die from boredom or will he invoke the spirit of Robert Stack to haunt Adam and destroy his rhythm? Stay tuned

Kristin is back to talk films like the Twilight series and Christmas Lodge! In this episode we also cover a variety of topics including the best brand of polish to use when shining up the railings on the Titanic, and other general nonsense. This was a blast!

In this spooky Halloween episode, Ben and I listen to records excavated from catacombs deep beneath the ruins of a sorcerer's temple. Unleashing ghouls with every song, we battle for our very souls! Do we make it to the end before seeing our skin fade to grey and our thirst for blood awakened? Find out in this episode!

Heather is a Shake Your Soul dance teacher, a killer therapist, and a fantastic human being. In today's episode we touch on the lightness and darkness of life, talk about the joys of living in a virtual world, and reminisce about department stores of the 80s. Best one yet!
