He is a chairman and co-founder of Gwyneth's Gift Foundation, a non profit dedicated to raising awareness and education of CPR and the use of defibrillators in honor of his oldest daughter Gwyneth. Being a U.S. Marine Veteran and an active member of the community, service before self is a motto that he models in every fiber of his life.

She drives revenue growth by developing and managing the corporate market strategy, and ensuring Davis Defense remains an efficient and effective organization. She maintains key relationships with industry, to include many of the top 100 government contractors. Kristi joined Davis Defense in 2004, after graduating James Madison University's School of Business. She is a practicing Project Management Professional with a certificate in Project Management from Georgetown University.

About J.R.: 
J.R. began his career in the Marine Corps, rising from an enlisted Private to Staff Sergeant before receiving a commission as a 2nd Lieutenant.  During his military career he excelled in the leadership roles of Platoon Sergeant, Drill Instructor, Platoon Commander, and Company Commander.  Additionally, he successfully completed staff tours of duty as a Manpower Policy Analyst, Antiterrorism/Force Protection/Nuclear Security Program Manager, and Business Processes Reengineering Project Manager.

J.R. holds a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Washington; an M.S. in Management from the Naval Postgraduate School; and a Ph.D. in Public Sector Leadership Development from The George Washington University.
