NEW SEASON since all of this is truly practice until "the test," which is politics because everything that happened to me, I was able to put into education as a student then a teacher (special ed. K-4. Severe/Profound. 2nd grade general ed)
IN AUDIO/DIGITAL CONTAINER/NOTES (I do recall hearing this in the podcast, somewhere so record it. This is basic note-taking. Hear it. Write it down. then ptSTOPd : The way these came in in terms of frequency/intensity. Audio. Visual. A/V. Tactile (a+v+touch) and why to tackle the worst (tactile since it's all of them at once) I knew the end goal would be to get back to my notebooks & note-taking.
Why if you can count to 3 & do a, b, c, you can do this curriculum. No excuses that "it's my first time!"

As I stated many times before, if ptsd is "diss"order, then order it. Just like, if it's an indescribable trigger, then describe it & trust your a pirori (prior knowledge will collide with the sensory & a new idea may or may not pop up, but don't give up---your best ideas are yet to come)
TACKING AUDIO TRIGGERS FIRST (the worst) :
THE CALL : "In my family, a disagreement is a confrontation" & "my family hates difference."
THE RESPONSE : "I'll make my own assessment, but thanks for the warning."
FIRST LIST will be ALL THE WARNINGS
(& the best)

Get tired of travelin' and you want to settle down
I guess they can't revoke your soul for tryin'
Get out of the door and light out and look all around
Sometimes the light's all shinin' on me
Other times I can barely see

THE WORDS WERE, "I DIDN'T GET TO GO ON VACATION AS A KID." The purpose/ask why are you sharing this? Also, what was MY RESPONSE. Let's go to 3rd world countries & no, I've never been to a resort.
