This first episode merely describes the concept of what a PaceSetter is and how this podcast was conceptualized. It starts with a brief background on you’re truly and then the star of this episode Eliud Kipchoge Kenyon marathon runner who was the first to break the 2 hour barrier. But he could not have achieved this goal without enlisting his PaceSetters. Attributes of a PaceSetter

You’re one thought away from your breakthrough!
As a leader or PaceSetter, would you say you’re contagious?
Your answer to that question will lead you in determining whether you are simply a trained leader—educated, prepared, competent and skilled—or a transformational leader—one who leverages their training to impact the world and others for real, positive change.
We are catalyst, those who have broken mental barriers to achieve something bigger than ourselves. We are those who set the pace for others to follow and be just as exceptional or even better than us.
PaceSetters remove every distraction that prevents them from reaching their goals and aspirations while enforcing endurance and resilience.
A Pace Setter is someone that understands they have influence and with that influence comes a responsibility. They are aware that their race (Purpose) requires that they surround themselves with other pace setters and that not all pace setters will remain in their lives forever but only for a season. They realize that they must become what they seek and not only do they choose their pace setters but other pace setters choose them.
A Pace Setter understands that their responsibility is not only to themselves but have a social responsibility to contribute to the greater good of their home, their community, their city, to their country and for some the entire world.
A pacesetter knows that to truly make impact it can not be done alone. Impact requires commitment, resilience, a team, a vision, and humility.
A pace setter knows that change starts at home and filters over into the rest of their life. One can not be successful in one area without having the same with all. They know that the example they live in the dark will be reflected in the light.
A PaceSetter develops good habits and routines. They know that habits determine 95% of a person's behavior. They know that everything that they are today, and everything they will ever become or accomplish is determined by the quality of the habits they form.
A PaceSetter knows that self-awareness is a foundational skill which is developed through "Knowing thyself" which includes being aware of our thoughts, moods, and actions.
PaceSetters remain connected with people on a human level, empowering them above even their own personal faults and failures. They bring hope to others lives—their world— in knowing they too don’t have to stay the same. What mental barriers do you need to break to win or finish your race?
