Shattered Obsession focuses on understanding the convoluted minds and the obsessive behaviors of the human psyche after traumatic situations such as abuse, death, or heartbreak. Humans are not at fault for the actions they engage in when they are in emotional distress nor should they be blamed for acting against societal rules and in response to their pain. In the first chapter of Shattered Obsession, we debunk behaviors that popular beliefs deem as crazy, understand the meaning behind why we crave attention and love even when we no longer want them, and channel awareness inward to recognize that humans are not defined by their actions and should not be plagued by them.
