How do pastors start residencies? Should they begin with leaders in their church or draw from people outside of their congregation? On this episode, Dhati Lewis and Clint Clifton* talk about how pastors and church planters can practically start residency programs and raise up missional leaders from within their congregation.

*Clint Clifton passed away on January 12, 2023, as a result of a small plane crash. Clint and his wife, Jennifer, had been married since 2000 and have five children. Clint founded Pillar Church in Dumfries, Virginia, in 2005 and served as Senior Director of Resource and Research Strategy for the North American Mission Board.
