Summer holidays are here 😅

Routines are out the window, the kids are off and it’s easy to feel like your fitness goals need to take a back seat.

So in this episode, I’m sharing my real-life POA (plan of action) for staying on track with my workouts, food and habits over the summer.

Not a perfect plan. Not an aesthetic routine. But the strategy I’m leaning on so I can feel good in my body, keep momentum with my goals and still be present for the season I’m in.

Whatever you goal is right now, if its fat loss or just wanting to keep showing up for yourself... this one’s for you.

Because your goals don’t need to pause just because it’s summer… and you can do both.
