This week Keela and Cole talk about the difference between essentials and nonessentials and how they are impacting your relationships. Sometimes we don't realize it but we are being led by our nonessentials (preferences) rather than leading ourselves with what is essential (values). In order to truly have intimacy, unity, closeness, and success in all of your relationships (romantic, platonic, business, etc.) you must know what is essential to you so that you don't allow the nonessentials to destroy your relationships.
Cole and Keela sit down with classical homeopath Jennie Hoglund to talk about an alternative approach to medicine and your health. You may or may not be familiar with homeopathy, but either way this conversation will educate you and bring you a different perspective on how you can supplement and heal your body.
Jennie has an extensive medical background in Laboratory Science, Fertility, and Blood Banking. She is well equipped to understand your illness and symptoms. Utilizing the system of Homeopathic Medicine allows her to help clients find a deeper and longer lasting healing than is often possible with conventional medicine, because Homeopathy is able to address the root cause of illness and stimulate a healing response in the individual.
Jennie is a graduate of the 4-year Classical Homeopathy training program at Northwestern Academy of Homeopathy in Minneapolis, MN, and served as clinic supervisor at NAH for many years. Additionally, Jennie holds the CCH credential (Certified Classical Homeopath) through the Council for Homeopathic Certification, a national organization.

This week Keela and Cole talk about the importance of asking questions. We don't think about it, but refraining from asking questions can impact every area of our lives. It allows us to build intimacy in our relationships, gain knowledge, avoid potential problems, and the list goes on. Even if you're not a "great question asker" today, you can build that up just like you would a muscle - it just takes practice and consistency! Start today, and watch your life elevate to heights you never thought were possible!
Cole and Keela sit down and discuss the myth of sleep training with Brittni Mella who is a certified sleep specialist. There’s not a one-size fits all approach but it’s important to be informed on the potential harms of methods such as “controlled crying” or “graduated extinction.” You were chosen by God to parent your children and you have to do what you feel like is best for you and your children. But it doesn’t mean we should stop learning and seeking out information that can possibly improve our situations.
Brittni is a certified Infant Sleep Specialist who is passionate about educating parents on the realities of biologically normal infant sleep while advocating for the normalization of connected and nurturing parenting practices. She founded Resting in Motherhood (formerly known as Lilahby Sleep) more than three years ago and has worked with over 500 families.
