A little throwback to when Keela spoke to the young adults ministry. So many of us dream about BIG and great things happening for us in life. Too often we wonder if those dreams will ever happen. With God, all things are possible.

In this episode we take a peak back into the past. Keela spoke at a women's conference about how God made us EXACTLY how we are. He made us for influence and yet we are constantly trying to conceal ourselves - when we are already COVERED by God!

Cole and Keela discuss the power of feedback. The most successful people aren’t the ones who block out feedback… they’re the ones who choose to filter it with wisdom and stay focused on purpose.

This week Keela and Cole sit down with Stephen "Swebb" Webb. For over 2 decades he has coached leaders and church staff. He thinks leadership development and building the Church is more art than science.

Many love to believe and peddle the idea that we need formulas and handbooks but if that worked you wouldn't be reading this. He states "I can provide some cheat codes (and love to) but there’s not a “one size fits all” answer."

This conversation is full of wisdom and unique perspectives on the way the current church operates and how we can improve!

Cole and Keela talk about the 4th of July! It's important to care about America, in fact - it's biblical to care about the country you're from! Happy Birthday, America!
