WE ARE THE HERO IN OUR OWN JOURNEY

As kids, all of us fantasize about being a "hero" or "heroine."

As women, some of us may have (or still) fantasize about our "knight in shining armor" coming to rescue us.

Growing up, imagining an alternate reality or that we have "super-powers" is a normal part of our growth.

But for those of us who experienced childhood trauma, imagining a different reality was in fact, a longing to be free.

Fortunately, as adults, we CAN be the hero in our own journey.
