She's appeared in major network shows, commercials, is a published author, and more. During this interview, Dana shares her story and mission in creating her media and talent relations agency Concrete Runway. She shares helpful mindset tips and talks about how regret, shame, and guilt keep you stuck in your past. Dana talks about imposter syndrome and how we're here to share our abundance and leave a legacy. She expounds on how she infused her arts background with advocacy and shares challenges and awkward situations she's faced as a black woman. We had an honest and raw conversation about people being ignorant of topics relating to black people and how we can all tune in and be open to understanding each other. We spoke about unconscious bias and the idea of creating dialogue around change and healing humanity as a society. Dana also talked about how self-care looks different to each of us and the importance of taking the time to ground yourself and give yourself what you need. Alexandria Richey, otherwise known as Sasha is the founder and CEO of the clothing line Dama Detroit and the host of the Women We Love Wednesday podcast. During this interview, Sasha spoke about how she went from being an only child to having three siblings at once. She talked about how she’s grateful to her parents for the unique and civil way they dealt with their divorce. She spoke about losing a step-parent at a young age, how her loss felt like losing a biological parent. Sasha offered advice on coping with grief and how to be there for loved ones who are grieving.

Rachel Tuchman LMHC is a beloved and popular therapist and speaker with a wide range of experiences. I had the pleasure of interviewing Rachel and getting to know the woman behind the account, the person behind the title of therapist. Rachel shared her story, her journey that led up to her passion as a therapist. We spoke about what inspired her to become a therapist, how she switched her career path from initially wanting to go into criminal defense law to becoming a therapist.

Rachel spoke about her experience as a therapist for the women in Rikers jail and how it reminded her that all people deserve compassion. She also shared her struggles with people-pleasing, how she learned to have proper boundaries, what she wishes people knew about her, and feeling comfortable in your skin.

Katie shares her journey from leaving her successful TV reporting career to starting her own social media marketing business. She spoke about why her husband left his successful TV news reporting career to become a stay-at-home dad and being ok with something that society tells us is not “normal.” We also spoke about self-imposed guilt that comes from society and how everyone has ideas of who we should be and act. Katie shared how she worked through her feelings of guilt and how no one is doing it all independently. She also spoke about having realistic expectations of ourselves as women and the untraditional toles in her home that she and her husband have adopted. Katie shared tips for new entrepreneurs, when it’s time to leave your job and venture out on your own and how confidence is everything. She also talks about the importance of supporting other women and the lessons she learned from her own experiences.
